We are actively monitoring the latest developments of the Covid-19 virus.  The CDC recommends no gatherings over 10 people, and to support the health of members we have chosen to postpone all events scheduled through April.  We will provide updates to our event schedule when new guidance has been provided by the CDC.   Please stay safe and healthy.

NAWIC is now accepting applications for its scholarship program.  We are accepting applications from high school seniors and current college students who are or will be enrolled in a post-secondary program that leads to a career in construction.  Over the past 36 years, we are proud to have been able to award over $350,000 in scholarships.  The deadline for application submission is April 15th.  The 2021 Scholarships will be awarded in late spring.

Maine Chapter Establishes Scholarship Trust for Maine Community College System

The the Maine Chapter presented the Maine Community College System a check for $54,000 to establish a scholarship trust. Scholarships will be available through the MCCS for women who are enrolled in any of the community colleges who are pursuing a career in construction who need financial Magazine assistance.
